The Colonial Region directors invite you to our flagship event which drew an astounding 283 ALPCA members in 2025: the best-attended one-day ALPCA meet in the country – and likely of all time!

The Boxboro Regency is conveniently located ¼ mile east of I-495 (Exit 75, MA Rte. 111). This facility boasts on-site lodging and a 13,000+ square foot exhibition hall, and we will have 160+ tables available. On-site lunch concession makes this the place to be for the whole day.

Hall opens at 8:00 AM, and trading will be active until well into the afternoon. There is a large carpeted indoor concourse area adjacent to the hall where members can congregate outside of the weather prior to 8:00 AM. Easy, level access to the facility from the parking lot ensures smooth transport of plates and displays in and out.

If there are any updates concerning this meet, we will post them here.

Admission & Table Fees

  • Walk-in admission (no table) - $15

  • Admission with one table - $25

  • Additional tables - $30 each

Collector's Dinner at Il Forno

In making this event a weekend destination, the Colonial Region directors will once again host their traditional "Collectors' Dinner," which typically draws 40+ people on Saturday evening before the meet. This will be held at Il Forno Restaurant, located at 529 King Street in Littleton, MA. Gather there at 6:30pm for dinner at 7:00pm.

Special Room Rates

The Boxboro Regency also has a block of rooms reserved for us for this event at an agreed rate of [TBD] per night plus tax. For reservations at the Boxboro Regency, call (978) 263-8701. Be sure to ask for this special rate in conjunction with the ALPCA event on November 15th.

AUCTION! AUCTION! AUCTION!

Your support for the auction is of the utmost importance! About 1/3 of the revenue we raise from the meet comes from the auction, and the success of the auction directly impacts our ability to keep entry and table prices reasonable.

There will be a box at the registration desk for people to leave their donations as they enter the meet. Please consider donating a plate(s) or plate-related items of good quality that will help us raise funds and keep the auction exciting for all!

Display Awards

Start planning your display now and enter it in our long-standing competition for which awards will be presented in the following categories:

  • Passenger

  • Non-passenger

  • Small Display (ten plates or fewer)

  • Junior Display (under 21 years old)

  • Best of Show

Be sure to consider your method of display construction, and accompanying write-up or description so those viewing can understand the significance of your display. We make a big deal out of encouraging members to bring their displays, so consider opening the doors to your collection with this long-standing tradition. We also recognize the member that travel the extra miles to attend with our long-distance award.

Concessions & Food

Concession operations are available beginning at 11am. Offering hot and cold lunch options in addition to our standard fare of pastries and coffee, we remind you that the Colonial Region needs to meet a threshold every year in order to continue offering this service to our attendees. Please consider supporting the concession crew and the Region by purchasing lunch, drinks, and/or snacks!

Let us know of your plans to attend!

Planning to attend? As attendance has been increasing at our meets it is helpful to know in advance approximately how many members and guests will be attending and how many tables will be needed.

Please email Bob D’Amico at carjudge@gmail.com with your RSVP and table request.

ALSO: we kindly ask that you inform us of how many guests you'd like to bring. Please click HERE to review the Colonial Region's Membership and Meet Attendance Policy for more information.

The information you provide will not be binding. Your voluntary (but suggested) response allows us to better plan for the meet and facilitate an on-site registration process that is as efficient as possible. All ALPCA members are encouraged to join us even if you have not responded to this inquiry.
